How to make sure user has authentication on page?
I have a bunch of links in my web app that I want to have secure.
I'm basically using an ajax call to a php page that contains the authentication for each of the links.
How do I make sure that the user that goes to the page actually has authentication?
I can make sure they are logged in from the page I want to do the ajax call, but I'm not sure how to make sure they are authenticated when I want to redirect them from the page I'm calling it from.

For AJAX calls the authentication is passed to the script to set the proper header/etc so it authenticates on that page (script) not necessarily the redirected page.
In your AJAX script you can read the authentication to verify it and set the proper headers so your script can authenticate the request.
This should do the trick:
